Derek Broadley - former Academy Director of Crystal Palace Football Club in the English Division One. Currently holder of the Academy Director's Licence, UEFA”A” coaching award and FA Youth Coaches Award as well as being a Child Protection Tutor for the English Football Association. Formerly Head of Physical Education at an English Comprehensive School and now National Director of Coaching for Premier Skills a coach education company based in the USA.

Derek has been coaching soccer for over 18 years and has developed a proven programme in allowing players to play at the highest level. His soccer coaching philosophy incorporates everyone who has an influence on the individual player. His method equips the player for the demands of the modern game at all levels with a particular emphasis on the coach and player relationship. Derek has always coached within the professional club set-up but has also coached at school; district and county levels that enabled him to work across the ability range and with different age bands.

More recently Derek took overall control as Academy Director at Crystal Palace Football Club and introduced his philosophy from the ages of 9-21yrs, his work produced players that have gone on to play in the English Professional League and players that have represented their countries at various age groups including Full Internationals. His players came from a variety of backgrounds and nationalities including England, Wales, Thailand, Mauritius and Turkey.

Derek wants to share his knowledge of soccer coaching with that of his colleagues Murray Jones and Tony Moss who he believes are experts in their own field but who add complimentary support to his Youth Development Philosophy.

Murray Jones- Under 16-19 Assistant Academy Director who us currently working at an Academy of a first division club.

He is a fully qualified and experienced professional football coach holding a U.E.F.A. "A" Coaching licence while also participating in the inaugural F.A.Youth Coaches Award. A former professional player with experience in all English divisions and the 1st British player to play in China. He has worked in the process of youth development for 10 years where he has developed his coaching philosophy working under highly skilled experienced technicians while travelling abroad to study and observe national schools. His present role involves working daily with players age 16-19 delivering their development programme which his based on a philosophy with proven success at youth level.

His development model is based upon the holistic needs of individual players together with a very unique soccer coaching programme that encourages sound technical principals together with game related decision making practices. He has also been responsible for the development and coaching programme for Under 9-16 where he has also managed teams up to reserve team level. This has enabled him to plan, design and implement his coaching philosophy based on years of experience and expertise while demonstrating sound teaching, communication and organisational skills for soccer players at all ages.

Tony Moss – Education and Welfare Officer at a top London Football Club. Qualified teacher with 11 years experience. Has FA qualifications in coaching (UEFA ‘A’ License holder) and is a fully qualified FA Child Protection Tutor. 

Tony has been involved in the professional games for 5 years. His present role involves him working with players from the age of 7 to 19. He has vast experience of communicating with parents, soccer players and educationalists to ensure that the players are following their education programme and that their welfare is being considered and catered for.

Has delivered seminars and held discussions with players and parents on a variety of issues concerning soccer e.g. child protection, touchline behaviour, contact/release procedures, ‘homework’, sportsmanship, communicating with children before and after matches, how children learn, use of appropriate kit. Has contributed and devised policies in all these areas.

Vic Bettinelli - Professional Goalkeeping coach at Fulham Football Club (English Premier Division Team). Has previously worked at Crystal Palace FC. An UEFA 'A' licenced goalkeeping coach Vic has worked with many top professional goalkeepers such as Nigel Martyn, Edwin Van der Sar, Dave Beasant as well as with players of all ages.

Vic has vast experienced in goalkeeping coaching having produced his own best selling coaching videos and worked alongside world famous coaches such as Terry Venables (former England National Team Manager), Steve Bruce and Steve Coppell.
