Welcome to Soccer Expert. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use", "Agreement") carefully before using the Soccer Expert mobile application ("App") operated by Soccer Expert ("us", "we", "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the App.
Soccer Expert Premium is our subscription service that provides enhanced features and benefits to subscribers.
Subscription Options:
Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Soccer Expert grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Our App allows you to access sports data, statistics, news, and other content ("Content"). The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any purpose without our prior written consent.
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Soccer Expert and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
In no event shall Soccer Expert, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
